The HIVIZGARD Class 3 Windbreaker with 2” wide level 2 ANSI-certified silver retroreflective stripes features a zipper and snap closure, weatherproof outer shell constructed of 300 denier polyester oxford with PU coating, polyester mesh lining, hidden detachable hood with drawstring and stoppers, adjustable wrist straps with three snaps, one radio pocket, one inside chest pocket, and two larger lower pockets with flaps and retro-reflective stripes in vertical and horizontal patterns on front, back and arm sleeves.
